Description
Nestled in the historic Gueliz neighborhood of Marrakech, this six-
story hotel proposal harmoniously blends the charm of French colonial architecture with modern design. The ground level preserves the integrity of an old heritage French colonial structure, providing a solid, heavy base that anchors the building in its storied past. Rising above this foundation are five additional stories, where the architects employed art deco- inspired iron forging as a double skin facade. This design choice creates a striking contrast between the robust, grounded base and the lighter, more contemporary upper levels, giving the hotel a unique and elegant presence in the cityscape.
The hotel boasts approximately 120 rooms, all of which are designed to offer both comfort and style. At its heart lies an enchanting, lush courtyard, a tranquil oasis that serves as the focal point of the property. The courtyard is surrounded by the hotel’s amenities, including a rooftop pool and bar that offer stunning views over the verdant space below. Guests can relax and unwind while enjoying the blend of old-world charm and modern luxury that.
