At the ground level, the project anchors itself in Morocco’s architectural history. A solid, Art Deco-inspired base provides a timeless dimension and a strong identity at the pedestrian scale.
Rising above this historic foundation, the upper volumes adopt a more refined, contemporary expression. This modernity acts as an evolution rather than a rupture, highlighted by the reinterpretation of a traditional local element: the louver (persienne). Adapted to modern needs, it brings rhythm, solar protection, and dynamism to the facade.
