CANOPIES

Description

Canopies emerges as a sculptural composition of two volumes that respond uniquely to their urban and natural context. The left tower is fully residential, expressed through openness and fluidity, while its neighbor is visually divided to host both residences and office spaces within a more grounded, introverted mass that reflects its mixed-use character.

The ascending, stepped, and shifted form sculpts generous terraces at various levels, offering moments of pause and panoramic views over the city and sea. As the towers rise, the curved balconies gradually taper, lending the architecture a visual lightness and reinforcing its vertical rhythm.

At the base, an organically carved podium blurs the boundary between architecture and landscape—embracing the site and softening the transition between built and natural environments. The result is a layered and responsive composition that weaves form seamlessly into its surroundings. Canopies embodies a refined harmony between structure and setting, inviting an elevated lifestyle defined by elegance and thoughtful design.
